Jason Kaufman

I currently work for a Technology Solutions Brokerage and have consulted with hundreds of companies of all sizes; from micro SMB to the Fortune 50, in various technology verticals including Contact Center, Network Design, IoT, Cloud, Cybersecurity, and more. I started my career in the Unified Communication and Contact Center space in Technical Support moving to Project Coordination and Implementations then Strategic Sales Engineering; where I designed the larger and more complex opportunities and deployments. I was then promoted to managing a Technical Account Management team, driving revenue generation and enhancing processes for maximizing scalability. Next I was tasked to building and optimizing Support, Implementation, and DevOps teams for a Desktop as a Service organization before running the Operations absorbing the SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle) and FinOps practices.

As a Solutions Engineer/Technical consultant, I have obtained my Azure Solutions Architect Expert and AWS Solutions Architect Associate certifications as well as a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP), and Certified Information Security Manager (CISM). I also have over 80 other industry certifications expanding across the business technology stack including FinOps Practitioner from the Linux Foundation and AI Expert from the Blockchain Council. I am also a member of the FBI InfraGard's Tampa, FL chapter.

Personally, I enjoy playing sports, being a husband & father, fishing, collecting & selling sports memorabilia, and I'm a firm believer in nutrition labels should include a "what if I ate the whole damn thing" section.
